Intake reports
With the ability to sort by date I need to see Intakes and be able to sort them by outcome or changes made to their intake status. Example Inquiry>awaiting approval>in treatment Inquiry>referred out Inquiry>awaiting approval> denied
Upcoming sessions - display in chronological order
Currently they appear to display in order of when they were created
Recurring appointments
when scheduling a recurring appointment, each click of the up arrow to increase recurrences causes the menu to bounce, and removes the data in the “minutes” field. Could not see why the appointments were not saving, assumed loading, then scrolled up and saw I needed to re-add minutes
Sex assigned at birth
Please add a field in client profiles for sex assigned at birth in addition to gender
Preferred name
Please add a field in client profiles for their preferred name
Open client profile from task
When working on a task where a client is linked, I would like to be able to click that client’s name to open their profile/contact information. This would reduce a lot of tab switching to go find the client’s profile, then contact info, to be able to make the outreach necessary for the task.
Copy/Paste in task comments
currently not able to ctrl+v into the “comments” field in tasks
Notifications when tagged in comments on tasks
In tasks, when adding a comment and tagging another staff member, that staff should be clearly notified in some way. This should happen whether the tagged staff is assigned to the task or not. A task might be assigned to me to complete, but I need to ask a question of another staff member for information needed to complete the task.
Add comments to activity log on leads
Intakes - Client leads. Please add the ability to add comments into the activity log. This is crucial for us to track outreach and steps taken to get them onboarded
Multiple Guardians for a Minor
Please add the ability to link multiple Guardians/Guardian Profiles to a Minor’s chart.
