Creating Primary Claims Directly from Calendar
Get ready to quickly create and submit an insurance claim for a client appointment—all from your calendar. This step-by-step guide walks you through the full process, showing what to do after a session finishes.
Step 1: Open the Appointment from the Calendar
Start by opening a scheduled appointment on the calendar, such as one at 1pm.

Step 2: Review Eligibility and Claim Section
In the side pop-up, check the insurance eligibility and Insurance claim sections. Wait until the session is over to proceed with the claim.

Step 3: File a New Insurance Claim
Click File claim to begin creating a new claim. If you need to check eligibility, use the Verify eligibility button.

Step 4: Review Pre-Filled Claim Details
After clicking File Claim, access the claim insurance detail page. Review the pre-filled CMS 1500 form, which includes payer member insurance details and NPI information.

Step 5: Enter Diagnosis Code
Provide the correct diagnosis code following the ICD10 index.

Step 6: Complete Required Fields and Selections
Select the necessary details and complete any required check boxes to ensure your claim is accurate.

Step 7: Create the Insurance Claim
Click Create claim to finalize the entry.

Step 8: Locate the Newly Created Claim
You'll be directed to the claims tab, where the new client claim appears.

Step 9: Submit the Claim for Processing
Review all claim details carefully, then click Submit claim to send it for processing.

Step 10: Check Claim Submission Status
After submitting, the interface will show the claim status as successfully submitted.

Step 11: Verify Claim on Appointment
Return to the calendar and open the same appointment to see the submitted claim attached.

Step 12: Checking Claim History
Use the provided option to open the claim directly in a new tab for further review or management.

Check claim history from the claims page to see timestamps for claim creation, submission, and status updates.
