How to create standalone claims in Omnipractice

Get ready to create standalone claims for sessions that took place outside of Omni practice. This step-by-step guide will help you smoothly file these claims with clear instructions.

Step 1: Go to the Billing Tab

Navigate to the Billing tab.

Step 2: Create a New Standalone Claim

Select the Create Standalone Claim button. This leads you to the claim creation page.

Step 3: Choose the Client

Pick the relevant client for whom you'll file the claim.

Step 4: Enter Appointment Details

Provide all necessary information needed to file the claim.

Step 5: Fill Out CMS1500

Complete the minimum required fields to proceed with the claim.

Step 6: Finalize or Save the Claim

Advance to the final steps. Choose to either finish all sections to create a validated claim or save your progress as a draft.
