Step 7: Add the Second Signer
Once the first signer completes their part, select the next signer (such as the supervisor) to review and sign.
Step 8: Add Additional Signers if Needed
Assign more signers in order—each signer gets notified only after the previous person completes their review.

Step 9: Automated Task Assignment
With each step, the system automatically creates the signing task for the assigned team member.
Add More Notes & Signers
Repeat the process to add more note templates and assign additional signers as needed for your workflow.
Step 2: Save Your Settings
Click Save to activate all workflow rules.
With the automated signature workflow, it’s easy to coordinate signatures and keep notes moving between supervisees and supervisors. Save time, reduce manual follow-up, and keep everything organized in your workflow.
